NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Board of Trustees for the Miles City Unified School District will receive sealed bids for the High School Bleacher Project. The scope of work includes delivering and installing all materials associated with installing bleachers on the south mezzanine section of the High School gym. Sealed bids will be accepted at the School District Administration Office, 1604 Main Street, Miles City, MT 59301, until the 15th day of January 2022 at which time they will be opened and publicly read aloud. Bidders shall clearly mark the envelope “SEALED BID – High School Bleacher Project”.

Each bidder and Contractor is required to have a current and valid Montana Contractor’s Registration and Montana Contractor’s License, as applicable, in the proper classification for the work bid, and such registration and license must remain valid throughout the period of the contract. 

The Miles City Unified School District reserves the right to reject any and/or all bids, to waive any and/or all informalities or technicalities, and to act in the best interest of the Miles City Unified School District.
