BUS SERVICE CONTRACT
MILES CITY UNIFIED SCHOOL DISTRICT MILES CITY, MONTANA NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Board of Trustees for the Miles City Unified School District will receive contracts for District bus services. The scope of work includes routine maintenance and repair as necessary on school district buses, inspections every six months on buses to determine road worthiness and any additional labor/operations as needed. Interested parties can stop by the School District Administration Office, 1604 Main Street, Miles City, MT 59301, to pick up a copy of the contract. The completed contract must be returned to the Administration Office by the 13th day of June 2022. The submitted contracts will be opened and publicly read aloud on June 14, 2022 at noon in the District Board Room. Bidders shall clearly mark the envelope “Bus Service Contract”. A sample of the Bus Service Contract can be picked up and completed copy returned to the District Administration office. The Miles City Unified School District reserves the right to reject any and/or all bids, to waive any and/or all informalities or technicalities, and to act in the best interest of the Miles City Unified School District.
